Altea has a number of small beaches and coves. The main beach, La Roda, is near to the Old Town and the Algar River, offering water sports and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Further up the road Cabo Blanco is a wide expanse of beach which is linked with Albir Beach. It has many places to eat and park for visitors -and vice versa.
